This Book Made Me Think of You

After losing her husband Joe, Tilly Nightingale can barely imagine finding comfort in the books she once loved. Then her local bookshop delivers an extraordinary gift: twelve novels chosen by Joe, each accompanied by a letter for her to open over the coming year. One month and one book at a time, Tilly follows the stories into unexpected experiences, new friendships and a wider world than grief had allowed her to see. Alfie, the thoughtful bookseller who helps her discover each selection, becomes part of that journey. As the seasons change, Tilly begins to rediscover her own hopes while carrying Joe's love with her. This Book Made Me Think of You is an uplifting story of loss, healing, human connection and the surprising ways books can help us begin again.
